Self-custody,
built in Switzerland.
THORWallet is a multi-chain DeFi superapp for people who want to own their money outright — and still use it like money.
Most crypto forces a choice: hold your own keys and accept a worse product, or hand custody to an exchange and get convenience. We think that trade-off is a design failure, not a law of nature.
THORWallet has shipped since 2021 from Zug, Switzerland. The product is a single app where you can swap natively across chains, earn yield, secure holdings in multi-device multisig vaults, and spend from a Swiss account with a global Mastercard — without your private keys ever leaving your device, and without us ever holding your assets.
The engineering commitment that follows from that is specific and unglamorous. Cross-chain swaps settle natively, which means no bridge contract holding pooled funds and no wrapped token standing in for the real asset — the two places where the industry has lost the most user money. Vaults use multi-device multisig rather than a seed phrase, because a phrase written on paper is a single point of failure that most people manage badly. Card funding draws from self-custody at the moment of spend, so there is no float sitting on our balance sheet.
We are a small, senior team, and we hire rarely. That is a deliberate constraint: a wallet holding other people's money is not a product where headcount substitutes for care. The same reasoning is why we publish our fee tables and country coverage as plain data rather than marketing claims — you should be able to check us without asking us.
What we are not: a custodian, an exchange, a bank, or an investment product. We do not hold your funds, we cannot recover them for you, and $TITN is a utility token for fee discounts and community perks — not an investment. If a service claims to move your THORWallet funds on your behalf, it is not us.
Three commitments, no asterisks.
Your keys, always
Keys are generated and stored on your device. We hold no custody, run no omnibus account, and cannot freeze, move or recover your funds — by design, not by policy.
Native, not wrapped
Cross-chain swaps settle on the real asset on the real chain. No bridge pools, no wrapped derivatives, no synthetic IOU standing between you and what you own.
Checkable claims
Fees, tiers and country coverage are published as machine-readable data. If we say the card works somewhere, you can verify it without taking our word for it.
