It is a San Francisco-based company with an objective of bridging the gap between Web2 and Web3 by allowing users to create a blockchain-based web address and connect different wallet’s addresses to it. Essentially this gives you the opportunity to use one domain name to receive assets from different chains and use that same name to host a website. The website is uploaded on a peer-to-peer distributed storage system called InterPlanetary File System or IPFS. Moreover, there are no renewal fees. Once you buy the name it is yours for life.
